Adding Photographs

Putting photos on the screen to reference while someone is telling a story is an option. I prefer to limit it to just a few, maybe to reference at the beginning of an interview. Too many photos tend become more of a narrated slideshow than an oral history. People start remembering the photo rather than the larger context. Sometimes this is okay. If you want to incorporate photos into a living history section, let's talk it through ahead of time so we're clear on how it will work.
